From Philadelphia, New Jersey and East: Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike West to Exit 326 (old Exit #24). Follow Route 202 South to Route 30 West. Take Route 30 West to the town of Gap, make a left turn on Route 41. Proceed approximately one half mile to Route 741 West. Follow Route 741 West through the town of Strasburg until you reach Route 222 North. Route 741 West joins Route 222 North at that point. Turn right at that stop sign, and go to the second traffic light. Turn left on Peach Bottom Road. The Welcome Center Entrance is located on the left at the second commercial driveway. Turn in at the sign for the Welcome Center.
From Baltimore: From 1-95 North, take Route 24 North to Route 1 East. After crossing the Susquehanna River, take Route 222 North to Wakefield. Route 222 joins Route 272. Stay on 272 North. (Route 222 North will turn off — do not follow.) Take Route 272 North through the town of Willow Street to Beaver Valley Pike, Route 222 South, and make a right turn at that traffic light. Go to the next traffic light and turn right onto Peach Bottom Road. The Welcome Center is at the second commercial driveway on the left. There is a sign for the Welcome Center at the entrance.

From I-83 North, follow I-83 to Route 30 East. Exit onto 741 East toward Millersville. Follow 741 East for approximately 7 to 10 miles. Route 741 East makes one left turn at the light at Cherry Hill Orchards. Continue straight on 741 East to the fourth traffic light and make a right turn onto Peach Bottom Road. The Welcome Center is at the second commercial driveway on the left. There is a sign for the Welcome Center at the entrance.
From Wilmington: Follow Route 41 North into Pennsylvania. In the town of Gap, make a left on Route 741 West. Follow 741 West through the town of Strasburg until you reach Route 222 North. Route 741 West joins Route 222 North at that point. Turn right at that stop sign, and go to the second traffic light. Turn left onto Peach Bottom Road. From Western Pennsylvania and Harrisburg: Follow Route 283 toward Lancaster to Route 741, Millersville Exit. Take 741 East approximately 7 to 10 miles. From Allentown/Route 222 South: Follow Route 222 South toward Lancaster.Take Route 30 East 2.9 miles and exit right onto Route 340 West (Old Philadelphia Pike). Merge onto Route 462 West and immediately get into the left lane. Turn left at the light onto Lampeter Road (Pitney Road is to the right). Go 3.7 miles into Lampeter. Turn Right onto Village Road (Turkey Hill landmark). Continue on Route 741 West about one mile and turn Right onto Route 222 North (Route 741 West joins Route 222 North at this point). In less than a mile, turn left at the traffic light onto Peach Bottom Road. The Welcome Center entrance is located on the left at the second commercial driveway.
