Q.  What is the age requirement to become a Resident at Providence Park?

A.  In order to live at Providence Park you must be 55 years of age or older.

 

Q.  When will I be able to make a 10% deposit and select my new residence?

A.  We are currently accepting reservations.  Please call to inquire about the current availability of a new villa or townhome.

 

Q.  When will I be able to move into Providence Park?

A.  The first residences will be available for occupancy in June of 2013.

 

Q.  Will pets be allowed at Providence Park?

A.  All Willow Valley communities are pet friendly.

 

Q.  I still enjoy cooking.  Do I have to take your meal plan?

A.  There is an optional meal plan available for purchase for those days you want to sit back and be catered to.

 

Q.  What are some of the amenities included in my new home?

A.  You can expect the same high quality of construction as our previous projects.  Please feel free to contact a sales counselor to schedule a tour of our design center where you can browse various selections of both standard and optional design features for your new villa or townhome.

 

Q.  What type of contract is being offered at Providence Park?

A.  Our extensive Lifecare (Type A) contract is offered with the option of a zero refund, and two partial refund contracts available.
